看圖像應該是簡體版
對繁體系統是否會產生亂碼

沒有亂碼問題產生，可正常使用開始選單正常顯示繁體中文。

不知道能否改回原本的開始功表
新版的實在不適合我 ...

8.1沒有測試過，可能要等正式版我才會安裝

我沒裝8.1，但看起來要等下一版才能正常支援8.1
雖然Start8的設定畫面是簡體中文的，但是開始選單確定是繁體的喔！

start8_v1.16 修改為繁體中文方法
首先刪除 start8/lang 原 zh.lng 文件，然後複製貼上 tw.lng 文件重新命名為 zh.lng 即可完全顯示為繁體中文。

此方式適用於其他版本
已於 Start8 1.11版用此方法
設定畫面也變成繁體中文！

跟Start Menu 比較還是差不多,視各人的喜好習慣而定

剛開始用W8.1也很不習慣
但Windows有很多快速鍵
亂按找到Windows鍵+D是顯示桌面
                Windows鍵+X與原本的開始功能表有差不多的功能
還沒安裝的網友可以用看看
一旦安裝開始功能表以後Windows+X就沒動作了
